Lilac Simple Syrup

Lilac simple syrup

Lilac Simple Syrup!

I waited a year to find lilacs and when i found a couple of bunches, I ended up making a whole lot stuff with lilacs. The flavor of lilac flowers is super sweet subtle, floral and slightly intense.

I will be using this Lilac simple syrup in my Lilac & Lemon Cake, you can also use this for cocktails and creams.
