Christmas 2016: Edible Gift – Gingerbread Granola

‘Tis season to be jolly fa la la la.. la la la..
Christmas is time for gifts.. and specially Edible gifts, made with Love <3


  • ​Old Fashioned Rolled Oats – 225gms
  • Mix of chopped pecans, walnuts, dried cranberrues , raisins and Candied Orange peel and white chocolate chips – 120gms
  • Maple syrup- 50gm
  • Wild honey – 50gm 
  • Gingerbread Spice – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Crunchy Peanut Butter – 100gm
  • Brown sugar – 3 tablespoons


  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius. 
  • In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients Except the brown sugar) and mix thoroughly. 
  • Add the wet ingredients and mix well until completely incorporated.
  • Spead this mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchement paper.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar on top. 
  • Let it bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 
  • When the oven heat is on top, make sure to check if the top isnt getting burnt.
  • Once its golden brown, crumble it up and let it cool in room temperature (it might feel slightly wet, but it hardens and gets cruchy)
  • Store in an airtight jar for upto 2 weeks. That is if it lasts that long ! 😉
  • Add a pretty little lable and gift away!
