The apple jam is made with sugar, cinnamon and water slow cooked for an hour or so and tada you get the most sticky sweet sweet apple jam. This apple jam is perfect as fillings for Brioche, pies and even cakes. Who am i kidding? just eat by the spoonfuls or slather a spoonful on a toast… its all dandy! 😀
