Banoffee pie

Jason has been promising to make me banoffee pie and finally he made it a couple of days back.

It’s an easy version and is super quick to make.


  • Tennis biscuit – 1 pack
  • Butter – 50g
  • Banana – 2 nos.
  • Caramel – 1 tin – 350g
  • Whip cream – 1 tub – 250ml
  • Flake chocolate – 1 bar


  • Crush the tennis biscuits into more or less powder, cover the base of the pan which you are preparing your banoffee pie.
  • Melt the butter and pour on the crushed biscuit layer to set it. 

  • keep the pan in the fridge for about 30 minutes to cool. 
  • After 30 mins, add a layer of the caramel on the crushed biscuit layer. 
  • Cut the bananas into small circles and make a layer of bananas on the caramel layer.
  • Whip the fresh cream until nice and nice and fluffy.
